Rates per size
Another size? The floorplan has stands from 6 to 63 m². Sizes outside this list are quoted pro rata — pick a stand on the floorplan and you see the indication straight away.
No rights can be derived from these amounts. A stand is only reserved once the organisation confirms in writing. All rates exclude VAT.
What is included
- Stand walls (system panels)
- Fascia with nameboard, up to 20 characters
- Lighting — one spot per 4 m²
- Electricity and usage up to 1 kW
- Carpet and wifi
- Full-service catering including lunch
Not included: furniture. All rates exclude VAT.
Media contribution
€ 170,-, one-off and mandatory — on top of the stand rental, for every stand, whatever its size. Covers your entry in the fair catalogue, your online exposure on promzpremiere.com and the Eventmaker licence for visitor scanning.
Payment
- 35% of the booked m² within 30 days of the advance invoice.
- The remaining 65% within 30 days of the final allocation invoice.
Registering within 30 days of the first build-up day means paying in full at registration.
