Twenty minutes with an exhibitor you choose, booked in advance. So you never walk past for nothing.

What

A fixed 20-minute conversation with an exhibitor, at a time you pick. The exhibitor confirms; then the meeting is set.

When

Booking opens Tue 5 January, 09:00. The meetings take place on Wednesday 27 and Thursday 28 January.

How

Now: tap “Remind me” on an exhibitor.
On Tue 5 January you get an e-mail with a button for each exhibitor.
Pick a time. Once the exhibitor says yes, the meeting is in your calendar.

Choose your exhibitors

From Tue 5 January

Book directly: open an exhibitor, tap the booking button and pick a day and time. Your meetings are in My visit. One button puts them in your calendar; new meetings then appear by themselves.
