Cookie policy
Short, because there is little to tell. This site keeps what it needs to work, asks before it loads anything from someone else, and only counts visits if you allow it.
- Statistics only if you allow them, and never on pages opened with a personal link.
- No advertising cookies, and no sharing with advertising networks.
- Nothing from another company loads until you say so.

This website — promzpremiere.com, the site of PromZ Product Première — is run by Het Portaal Media B.V., Veerdijk 40H, 1531 MS Wormer, the Netherlands. Cookies, in one paragraph
A cookie is a small file a website leaves in your browser so it recognises something on your next visit — your language, for instance, or the fact that you are signed in. “Local storage” and “cache storage” do much the same thing, but the contents never leave your device. This page uses “cookies” for all three, as is customary, and says per line which one it is.
What we place ourselves
All of it is functional: without it the site cannot do what you just asked it to do. Under Dutch and European law that kind of cookie does not require consent, so you will not find a switch for it — switching it off is the same as not using the site.

Content from others
Three pages show something that is not ours. Those windows come from another company’s servers, and the moment they load they can place their own cookies and see your IP address. That is why they do not load on their own: you get a card in their place, and nothing is requested until you press the button on it.

Allowing them once, from the card itself, lasts for that visit only. Allowing them from the banner or the settings is remembered for six months, and you can undo it at any time — the last line of the footer opens the same panel on every page.
Visitor statistics
Only if you switch on “Statistics” do we load Google Analytics 4, from Google Ireland Limited. It counts visits and the pages people open, so we can see which parts of the site are used. Google receives your IP address and places the cookies _ga and _ga_TG1B51NB3N, which last up to two years. Pages opened with a personal link or a sign-in — My visit, the exhibitor pages, the payment confirmation, vote confirmations and the management pages — never load it. This choice is separate from content from others: allowing a video does not allow measuring. Google describes what it does with the data in its privacy policy.
Paying for a ticket or a stand
Payments run through Stripe. When you are sent to their payment page, Stripe places cookies on its own domain to complete the payment and to recognise fraud; we cannot read them. Those cookies are necessary for the payment you asked for, so they are not part of the choice above. Stripe describes them in its privacy policy.
What is not here
No advertising pixels from Meta or LinkedIn, no cross-site profiling, no statistics beyond the Google Analytics described above, and no cookie walls. The two fonts this site uses are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not send a request to Google. Our own newsletter and contact forms send what you type straight to us and leave nothing behind in your browser.
Changing or deleting your choice
Use the button below, or the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of any page. Your browser can go further: every browser lets you view, block and delete cookies, and clearing the site data for promzpremiere.com also clears “My visit”, any saved form and the offline copies of the floorplan.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent you have given. Write to promz@hetportaal.com. If we do not resolve it to your satisfaction, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
