Hereby declares, subject to the conditions described in the Participation conditions for the, and in the relevant Regulations for Exhibitors, that it will take part in PromZ Product Première 2027 to be organized in Breepark. The undersigned hereby declares to hire a turn-key stand space of:

Including complete stand construction with: - The necessary stand walls (system panels) – fascia with nameboard (max. 20 characters) – lighting (1 spot per 4m2) – electricity + usage (up to 1kW), carpet – WI-FI – full-service catering including lunch.
NOTE: No furniture included. All rates are excluding VAT.

Medienpauschale und Zahlung

On top of the stand rental, for every stand whatever its size: one-off mandatory media contribution € 170,-. Listing in the exhibition catalogue, part of PromZ Product Première & online exposure at promzpremiere.com. Including Eventmaker licence for visitor scanning.

The payment of the stand rent will be made in two instalments, i.e.:
- 35% of the number of m2 booked: within 30 days after the date of the advance invoice.
- 65% of the remainder; within 30 days after the date of the final allocation invoice.

In the event of registration within 30 days before the first day of construction of the exhibition, the amount due must be paid in full at the moment of registration but not later than before the first day of construction.
