PromZ Product Première
In 2021 the promotional products industry will have for its second time the kick-off event to celebrate the new year: Promz Product Première. This is a one-day trade-only event that will take place in Belgium (on 26 January in the Leuven Brabanthall) as well as in the Netherlands (on 28 January in NBC Nieuwegein).
PromZ Product Première wants to gather together all the initiatives of recent years into one total event where distributors can familiarize themselves with the supply for the new season.
In recent years successful roadshows were organised by various market parties. They clearly provided for a need. The only disadvantage was that retailers often had to visit two or three roadshows in order to gain an overview of the market.
PromZ Product Première promises to become a real kick-off event, where apart from product orientation there will also be ample opportunities to catch up with each other and strengthen ties. It will become an easy going event where the visitors and exhibitors will be given food and drinks with pleasant New Year's drinks to end the day. In Belgium this will become extra festive with the presentation of the PMA awards.
We chose two centrally located and properly accessible locations. In addition, the Brabanthal in Leuven as well as the NBC in Nieuwegein provide sufficient free parking places.
For the exhibitors we chose a setup which is budget-friendly offering everybody the opportunity to present themselves in the same way. That is why we are working with a uniform stand construction. With a 990 euro stand you can already present yourself as a supplier to the visiting retailers.
In the Netherlands a section has also been arranged for the compilers of Christmas gifts so that retailers can also include this segment in their familiarisation.
The market response from visitors as well as exhibitors has been positive.
PromZ Product Première has proven to be a succes with great visitor numbers both in Belgium and the Netherlands.
